Each student grades 7–8 needs his or her own copy of the 44-page Paleontology Student Journal which includes interactive activities, games, and worksheets the child will complete during the lessons. The parent-led lessons in the Course Book will direct the student regarding when to complete the Student Journal activities. The grades 7–8 journal also includes a student-directed Lesson Extension for each lesson. These allow your older students to dive deeper into the lesson concepts.
