I purchased a ticket for the convention, but now I can’t attend. Can I get a refund?
Until October 8th, you can receive an 80% refund on your convention ticket purchase. After October 8th, no refunds will be provided. However, you can transfer your ticket to anyone you want by emailing support@goodandbeautiful.com with the name, email address, and phone number of the person using your ticket.
What is the Book Exchange?
Participation in the book exchange is optional. For those who would like to participate, bring new or used reading books from our bookshop or correlated with our science or language arts courses and labeled with The Good and the Beautiful logo to registration. Books from the Good and Beautiful Bookshop or books correlated with our science or language arts courses are Books MUST be labeled with our logo and dropped off during registration to be eligible. Each eligible book will earn a credit at the book exchange, where you can then exchange your credits for other donated books. The book exchange will happen right before dinner on Day 1 of each convention.
Are nursing infants allowed at the convention?
In-arm nursing babies are allowed, but please note that we will not have a nursing room available.
What are the options for meals?
If you are registered for the convention, you will receive a follow-up email with options to purchase pre-paid prepared meals. This is an optional add-on offered for your convenience. You will also be able to bring your own meals, or many options are available nearby. An eating area will be available during meals; however, a refrigerator or food storage will not be available.
Will I be able to purchase recordings of the convention workshops and talks?
No, no recordings of the workshops will be made available for purchase at or after the convention. Additionally, attendees will not be allowed to record audio or video or stream any of the workshops or presentations. However, you may take photos for personal use.
How will I check in once I arrive at the convention?
Enter the main doors located at the southeast corner of the building and check in at the registration table.
