Sponsor

This monthly giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by The Good and the Beautiful, located at 701 Mill Pond Rd, Lehi, UT 84043 ("Sponsor"). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google LLC, or any other third-party platform used in connection with entry.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period

A new Promotion runs each calendar month (each, a "Promotion Period"). The current Promotion Period's entry start and end dates will be posted on the entry page at [landing page URL] and/or announced via Sponsor's official channels. Entries received outside the applicable Promotion Period will not be counted.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, entrants must complete the following steps at [landing page URL]:

• Complete that month's challenge, as described on the entry page;
• Subscribe to Sponsor's YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/@goodandbeautifulmediaofficial;
• Sign up for Sponsor's email newsletter using a valid email address; and
• Submit the entry form on or before the Promotion Period end date.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, per Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses, YouTube accounts, or devices used. Automated, robotic, programmatic, or bulk entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Entrants are not required to remain subscribed to Sponsor's YouTube channel or newsletter after the winner has been selected, but Sponsor reserves the right to verify active subscription/enrollment status at the time of entry and at the time of winner verification.

Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

If you do not wish to subscribe to Sponsor's YouTube channel or sign up for Sponsor's newsletter, you may still enter for free by mailing a postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the words "[Month] Giveaway Entry" to: 701 Mill Pond Rd, Lehi, UT 84043. Mailed entries must be received before the end of the applicable Promotion Period and will be entered with equal odds as online entries. Limit one (1) mailed entry per outer envelope, per person, per Promotion Period.

Prize

One (1) winner will be selected per Promotion Period to receive: $5,000 USD ("Prize"), awarded by bank transfer. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize: $5,000 USD. Total ARV of all prizes awarded will not exceed $5,000 per Promotion Period. Only one (1) Prize will be awarded per person across all Promotion Periods in any 12-month period, unless otherwise stated. The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

Winner Selection and Odds

The winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period, using a third party automated random-winner-selection feature, conducted by Sponsor within five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by the email address and/or other contact information provided at entry within three (3) business days of selection. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, fails to respond, fails to return required documents, or is found ineligible, that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion, time permitting.

Taxes

The Prize value of $5,000 exceeds federal reporting thresholds. The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent) to the winner as required by law and may require the winner to submit a completed Form W-9 (or equivalent, including a Social Security Number or Taxpayer ID) before the Prize is awarded.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent, unfair, or disruptive conduct.

Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of this Promotion, including eligibility, entry validity, and winner selection, are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, denial-of-service or other attack, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, in whole or in part. If the Promotion is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the termination, using the selection method described in Section 7.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city/state of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this Promotion, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.goodandbeautiful.com/pages/privacy-policy, and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Entries are collected and processed using Gleam.io, a third-party promotion platform. By entering, you acknowledge that the information you submit (such as your name, email address, and YouTube account information) will be shared with and processed by Gleam in order to administer the Promotion, verify entries, and select a winner, subject to Gleam's own privacy policy in addition to Sponsor's.

Winner List / Rules Request

For the name of the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 701 Mill Pond Rd, Lehi, UT 84043, Attn: Giveaway Department, to be received within three (3) months after the applicable Promotion Period ends. Some states may require Sponsor to file these rules or a winner list with a state agency; where required, Sponsor will comply.

Disputes / Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Promotion will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google LLC, or any other social media platform referenced in connection with entry. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor, not to any such platform.
