Seth and Beth

My 4 year old and I read the 3 stories included in this book together. At the end of the book he asked if there were more stories. He said he gives it two thumbs up! I liked the book for the genuine friendship shown between Seth and Beth, as well as for their faith that shines through in the story.

There are only great things to say about this beautiful reader. The characters of Beth and Seth go on such fun simple adventures that are full of such great lessons. Lessons of friendship, honesty, love of family, and love of nature. So happy I have this for my library.

My 6 yr old daughter loves this story. She read it over and over again. As all The Good and The Beautiful products, it has adorable artwork!

3 separate stories about neighbors and friends Seth & Beth. In the first story, a wonderful adventure turns into trouble and they have to be brave and problem solve quickly. In the second, they also problem solve to help the family after Seth’s family’s Bake Shop suffers a fire. In the third, they encounter a “mean kid” and be like Jesus to him. By the end, a new friendship is formed.

My kids and I enjoyed reading about these two friends and how they worked through their problems. The illustrations are beautiful and I loved that there were simple yet interesting descriptions appropriate for a level 2 reader. The messages were uplifting and relatable.
