She read the first book in one night!
My second grader is a strong reader but doesn’t ever want to read. While she can read chapter books, she has no interest in them. I have tried many different books from the library without any success. Based on the reviews, I thought I’d give these books a try. I’m so glad I did! We received the books today and with little prompting on my part, she started reading the book to her little brother. Twenty minutes later, still reading. Even later yet, she informs me that she has finished the first book in the set. I’m amazed! I would love to see additional books added to this set!
Favorite book last year
These were my son’s favorite books last year for second grade. He enjoys mysteries. The game made a nice addition and was good review for all my elementary kids.

These books are truly amazing. I have a struggling reader and she couldn’t put these books down. She loved them so much that she was sad when we read them all. The illustrations are beautiful.
My 5 year old AND 9 year old love these books
I got these books for my kindergartner, and he loves them and has read them both multiple times. What surprised me was that my 9 year old boy picked them up and really liked them too! He was hoping there were more books in the series!
