I didn’t receive the download link I purchased. Can you send it again?

The email containing your purchased download link may be in your junk folder or may have been blocked by your spam filter. Email us at support@goodandbeautiful.com, and we will be happy to send the link again.

Downloading our free products works a little differently. First, select the product that you would like to download and enter your email address in the appropriate box. Second, make sure to click “subscribe”; this will allow you access to download the file right from our website. It’s that easy! You can download the free files as many times as you would like. Please note that free PDF files will not be sent to your email address.

My computer crashed, and I lost my downloads. Can I get them again?

Sure! Just email us at support@goodandbeautiful.com with your order number and/or email you used to place the order, and we will resend the download link(s).

I can’t open the PDF file on my computer. What am I missing?

Please try these steps:

  1. Most of our files will need to be unzipped. Confirm that your computer currently has a zip program installed. If needed, you can download WinZip for free.  
  2. You will also need to have a PDF reader installed on your computer in order to view the files. Sometimes Preview (Mac) works when Adobe doesn’t, and vice versa. Also, try downloading the free version of Adobe Reader; it usually works better than preloaded versions.
I can’t get the PDF file to download on my computer. What do you suggest?

We suggest trying the download again using the Mozilla Firefox web browser. In Firefox, right-click the download link, select “save as,” and then open the file on your computer. You can also try restarting your browser by selecting “Exit” from the “File” menu and then relaunching.

If I sell my physical curriculum to another homeschool parent, may I give or sell the PDF files as well?

Unfortunately, due to copyright laws, we are unable to allow the resale of our PDF files.  All customers will have to purchase the PDF versions of our products from our website.
