Scheduling & Booking Process
- All applicants must complete an application online at least 4 weeks prior to the requested event date with the following information:
- Recital program and event details
- Duration of event
- Head count of attendees

- If the event is cancelled by the applicant 6 days or closer to the event, no refund will be issued for the deposit.

Fees
- Mill Pond Recital Hall is available for free to use to support the community
- A $500 deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is refundable, less a $20 processing fee (see exceptions below).
- The deposit is nonrefundable for no shows.
- Funds will be deducted for:
- Not following the cleaning or food policy
- Not following the usage policies
- Damage to the facility
- Exceeding the designated time slots. Every 15 minutes past time will result in a $50 charge on the deposit

Usage Policies
All policies are intended to help keep costs down and maintain the free-to-the-public status.
- The facility is available STRICTLY for select music recitals, vocal recitals, or instrumental performances
- NO band performances, personal or family events, recreational activities, political events, or organizational events
- NO food or drink permitted.
- NO dances
- NO outside AV equipment
- We reserve the right to reject any music event, including but not limited to those that are not aligned with positive values and morals.
- This includes but is not limited to music or messages that contain
- Profanity
- Sexual or morally questionable content
- Racists, derogatory, or discriminatory messages
- This includes but is not limited to music or messages that contain
Spaces, equipment and services
- Spaces available for use:
- Recital Hall, lobby, and bathrooms only
- Equipment:
- 250 chairs and 2 long tables
- Grand piano
- Microphone and cables
- Audio system
- Services:
- Chair and table setup
- AV equipment training (before the event)
- On-call staff during the event
