How do I submit for EU Right of Withdrawal?

Customers in the EU are allowed a return within 14 days from the date of delivery without any justification. If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day. If you decide to return items within the cooling-off period, you are responsible for the costs of shipping, and all items will be processed using our return policy terms and conditions. Please note, under EU Right of Withdrawal guidelines, downloaded materials (all PDF pr MP3 files) may not be returned, refunded, exchanged, or credited. Once materials have been downloaded or digital items have been accessed, there is no way for us to retrieve those materials and complete a refund or exchange.
