  • How does the program work?

    1. Add one **FREE Summer Reading Pack above to your cart for each child in your household. **Only pay $1.99/pack shipping. Each pack contains these free items:

    • One free book, Ann and Hans of the Swiss Alps Book 1 (level 1A, to be read during the summer reading program or used as the award for completing the program)
    • Reading Log to track progress
    • Sticker Sheet
    • 1 bookmark

    or download the FREE Summer Reading Pack PDF below and print out the reading chart, stickers, and bookmark at home.

    2. Choose books from The Good and the Beautiful Bookshop or from The Good and the Beautiful Book List to read during the summer. After each book is read, the child will write the book title on the chart and put a sticker on the scene.

    3. After reading 5 books, the reading log is complete, and your child can receive a reward of your choosing, such as a book from The Good and the Beautiful Bookshop, a camp out in the backyard, an ice cream party, or any other special prize.

    *Note: Although you will not receive a free book with the PDF download, you can still purchase Ann and Hans of the Swiss Alps: Book 1, that is being given away in the Summer Reading Pack.
