My struggling reader read this with much-improved fluency. She also wanted to KEEP reading, which says a lot for the story, since she usually likes to read a bare minimum since she works so hard doing it. She liked that even though Blake was brave, he was still scared of one thing.
My children and I all like the high print quality of these Gold Tales books. They are really well done and sturdy.
Beautiful pictures. My 6 year old son liked this book and the pictures 🙂
