Building upon what they learned in Drawing 1, students continue to sharpen their drawing skills with Drawing 2, our newest offering in the Drawing elective series. Following along with the guidance of a real-life illustrator from The Good and the Beautiful, students in grades 5 and up sketch and draw their way through the 13 fun, self-led lessons. Lessons cover intermediate drawing concepts such as light and shadow, more practice with 3D shapes, optical illusions, contrast, working with ink, texture, and composition. 

Each open-and-go lesson includes a Supplies List, a Tracing Warm-Up, the teaching of a new drawing concept, a Try It! section, guided step-by-step practice, and a short, fun quiz. When the course is complete, students can place the sticker in the back of the book in their My Electives Badge Book. This intermediate course in drawing will be a delightful addition to your homeschool electives!
