Remove Limiting Beliefs

When I tell people that I homeschool, the responses I get most often are “I could never do that” and “I wouldn’t have enough patience to do that.” But what if you didn’t allow these limiting beliefs in your life? What if you said, “If God wants me to, I can and I would”? What if God has bigger plans for you and your family—a different path than the one you’re on? 

I had limiting beliefs in my life recently. They were crushing. But when God said to me, “Yes, you can,” I believed Him, and He led me to places that I never imagined I would be.

What does God have planned for you and your children?

I’m Jenny Phillips, the founder of The Good and the Beautiful homeschool curriculum, and my message to you is: You can. You might not have the patience now, but you can develop it. You might not get along well with your child, but you can learn to. You and your children can change. You and your children can swim against the tide, raise your sights, and find more joy and beauty in life. What does God have planned for you and your children? Finding that out is important.

I guarantee that God has more for your family. You can be deeply involved in your children’s education, whether that is homeschool or not, and in shaping your children’s hearts through how and what they learn and read. And when you ask God to show you how, He will, and you can do it!

Hello, we have a 2 year old at home and plan to homeschool for the first time. My wife is more knowledgeable in this subject and fully committed, I am mostly there but still scared to take the leap. Looking for more information as well as a network in our area of like minded people.

Hello, I’m starting to homeschool for the first time. last school year we did K12 and we didn’t like it, it felt like regular school. this year we are doing it all and I’m a little nervous, however I am doing this! my 5th grader is not reading at grader level, also was diagnosed with dyslexia. My 6th grader does read but not sure is at grade level. all I like is a help and guides on this school year thank you.

However, many parents have successfully used our courses by making adjustments for their child. We advise parents to administer our Language Arts and Math Placement Tests before purchasing items as these tests will give you a more detailed look at your child’s needs.
