Great Story, Great Values
I loved reading this series with my 9-year old son. We buddy-read Timothy of the 10th Floor, which was a great way to start. We fell in love with the family and the farm. Then we each independently read the series. (Yes, even as an adult I thoroughly enjoyed them.) The mystery is exciting. My son couldn’t put them down. I love how well developed the characters are for books of this length. Timothy and Zoey are learning to follow God and handle their problems in a Godly way. It inspires even me, and I’m glad my son has these examples to admire. Some of the advice passed to Timothy and Zoey by the adults in their lives has even become part of our household, and I’ve had a friend say the same. These books are all-around winners. Highly recommend.

Our family really enjoyed this series and we felt like we were part of an amazing adventure. Our boys ages (6-12) enjoyed the values mentioned and learning about Joanna Spyri. We are hoping you write more books!

We have absolutely loved this book series and my daughter asks almost daily whether there will be more books added to the series. They are engaging and wonderful, full of suspense and excitement, all while displaying high moral character. We have a mini library of TGATB books, but these take the cake!
I couldn’t put it down!
Both my kids and myself couldn’t put this series down! We loved the adventure, the twists and turns, and the thought provoking choices the kids faced. I, Mom, really appreciated how Jenny Phillips wove such simple daily happenings to the story and showed how even in the simple things we can see God at work in our lives! I have never seen this in a book and I was so thankful for this addition!
